WHY ADVENTURE?
Adventure-based activities are effective in increasing self-esteem and self-efficacy, improving decision-making and problem solving skills, fostering healthy relationships and supporting positive change and growth while assisting individuals to reach their potential.

CHALLENGE COURSE
A Challenge Course is a set of "low" and "high" rope elements which create an environment necessitating safe and controlled risk-taking to overcome obstacles and challenges. These obstacles and challenges provide an opportunity to learn from both failure and success, while learning resilience and developing confidence. Individuals are placed outside their "comfort zone" resulting in new ways of thinking, perceiving, and behaving.

WILDERNESS EXPERIENCE
The wilderness provides an opportunity for self-exploration allowing an individual to discover their "primitive self", how they are in relationship with others, connection with a "deeper power", and finding meaning and purpose in life.

EQUINE-ASSISTED ACTIVITIES
Working with horses provides a powerful, hands-on experience illuminating an individuals's process. Horses are incredible creatures which can "mirror" human emotion and behavior allowing an individual to reflect on current patterns of being. This self-reflection is a catalyst for growth and change.
